Every piece we sell is pre-owned and one of a kind, so please check the label size, measurements, photos and condition notes before you order, and ask us on WhatsApp if anything is unclear.
Change of mind or fit
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges because a piece does not fit or you have changed your mind.
Wrong item or undisclosed damage
If you receive a different item from the one you ordered, or the piece has damage that was not shown in the photos or described in the listing, tell us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+234 911 529 4976) or by email (orders@domitillahubs.com), with photos. Once we confirm the problem, we will arrange the return of the item and refund what you paid by bank transfer, or offer a replacement if a suitable one is available.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge at any time before you pay. Message us with your order number.
